Read Our Mission Statement
We are located in room 218 of the Hartford Times Building (“UConn Hartford” on this map) on the University of Connecticut’s Hartford Campus. The Center offers a peaceful study environment where undergraduate and graduate students can work independently or with writing consultants who take a collaborative, student-directed approach to learning. Students of all proficiency levels and at all stages in their academic careers use the Center as a place to participate in the same kind of collegial intellectual engagement that characterizes academic work throughout the university.
